Returns & Exchanges

At Charcoal Clothing, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in original condition with tags attached and free from any makeup or marks.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Outcome

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size or a store credit voucher to use on your next Charcoal wardrobe update.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your exchange will be dispatched or your store credit will be emailed to you within 5 business days.
